The House

Welcome to South Point Hawaii

The House Project:

We have partnered with Impact Ministries International to build a mission site on 25 acres on the Big Island in Hawaii. The House will be a multi-facetted bible camp providing a safe place to learn and grow. We want to provide a place of refuge for anyone who enters the property. Our goal is to provide food, housing, educational opportunities, and discipleship.

The House will have several functions:

Bible Camp and Sports Field

We want are working towards building a year round bible camp. Our goal is to run camps ourselves and offer the facilities to other churches for intentional Christ centered, bible based education and discipleship. We will eventually include K-12 Christ-centered eduction, and will be building a sports field for the community outreach.

Safe Homes

We will work with the local church to find emergency housing for victims of trafficking as they transition to a care program, and help to provide half way house living situations after they have graduated from care programs as they begin to transition into society. This will include intentional hands on skills and job training, post-secondary education opportunities and discipleship.

Working Farm

We aim to be completely self sufficient. We will have several acres of produce being grown on site, and raise various livestock to provide for those living on site at the property. We hope to be able to find a source of water on the property.

Current goals:

-Clearing the property- mowing the grass, picking up rocks, defining the road

-Complete an A-Frame ministry home

-Build a bathroom/shower for groups coming to help.

-Build a gazebo for intentional worship and ministry time.

-Build a water catchment system that can sustain the whole property

-Begin steps to build the primary ministry building/home.

-Clear a site for a sports field.

-Work on figuring out a consistent water source for the property
